Quality Control

Our quality control team randomly opens some of the boxes and checks the roses for potential damage. Some batches are also placed in a maturing area every week. The aim is to simulate conditions encountered by the roses once they have been purchased by consumers. Quality is assessed by placing roses in vases at room temperature, to determine the number of days for which the roses will last.

Batches that are auctioned are always inspected by our quality control staff.
